About Disha Foundation

Disha Foundation was established in 2011 in Surat, Gujarat, with a clear purpose: to address the growing need for value-based leadership development among India's youth. In a rapidly changing world, we recognized that young people needed more than just academic education—they needed practical leadership skills, strong ethical values, and a deep sense of social responsibility.

Over the past decade, we have grown from a small local initiative to a recognized organization impacting thousands of young lives across Gujarat and beyond. Our flagship Public Leadership Camp (PLC) has become a transformative experience for participants, combining intensive training, motivational sessions, team-building activities, and real-world problem-solving exercises.

Beyond PLC, we have expanded our reach through various programs focusing on cultural preservation, women empowerment, good governance awareness, and community service. Each initiative is designed with one goal in mind: to develop well-rounded individuals who can lead with integrity, compassion, and vision.
